ReConnecting with nature and spirituality with the relentless stress of today’s life, our need to connect with nature and our spiritual connection to nature has become more and more critical. This workshop will enable you to use the variety of techniques, methods, new knowledge and perspectives presented to help you better connect on a daily basis to the environment and the spiritual universe, that ties us with nature and each other. This workshop will include a guided walk and discussion where the topics of trees, soil, and wildlife will be discussed, not only in an educational perspective but also as a means with which to find the spiritual metaphors that nature provides us all on a daily basis.

This walk will also provide you with the sensory experiences to help connect you to nature. These sensory experiences will include methods that you can use when on your own in nature to help deepen your personal connection to nature.

As part of this workshop, there will be, some nature art, which each participant will create and be able to take home to help remind them of their ability to connect to nature, On on a daily basis.

There will also be discussions of how nature and spirituality intersect and how you can bring this intersection into your lives on a daily basis. This is an interactive workshop, where participants are encouraged to engage, question, experienced, touch, feel, and expand their understanding and connection with, the environment, and spiritual topics.
